From my personal collection, I have had these in my china cabinet for about 30 years. These are items I have never used them, displayed only. I have decided to downsize a bit and am letting go of many of my favorite things. I would like someone else to enjoy them for years to come and I am also afraid that all of my favorite items might end up on the quarter table at a garage sale. lol…. This is an old (1930’s-40’s) Camera lens shutter. It is marked No. 3 Acme and Ilex. It seems to be in working condition although I cannot confirm. I am able to get the shutter to change to all of the different sizes and the switch will close the shutter. Therefore, I think it works. No damage of any kind. Marked Rochester NY.
