An obsolete Police badge. This piece is still new in the package and I believe is from the 1980’s. It is a 5 star with blue print and white enamel. It is marked Captain Wally Nolan, Pickens County Ga. Georgia Sheriff’s Association. I believe this is a cap badge, due to size. It is made by Blackinton. It is 2" across and a 5 star badge.
