Description
This is a neat old saving bank. Designed to look like a book, the outside is leather and the inside is metal. It has metal corners on both sides at the front of the book. This particular piece is marked at the top in raised print The life insurance savings bank, in the center it says in silver print United Insurance Company of America. At the bottom in raised print, it says A life policy is a life preserver. This piece is in excellent condition. It is 5" tall and 3 3/4" wide. It is 1" thick.
I will be listing several of these bank books, however I don’t have any keys.
