This is a fantastic and RARE find. It is a hard cardboard bucket with a lid and the original label. It is marked on the label OX-Heart Brand Milk Chocolate Chips. 20 lbs. Made and guarantee by Oswego Candy Company, Inc. Oswego, New York. It is 8" tall and 13" across the top. The bottom is 11 1/2" across and is trademarked. There are clips at the top for tightening the lid. This piece has a metal handle with a wooden holder at the top of the handle. It is quite a unique piece.
