This is a very pretty lacquer ring box. This piece has a beautiful pattern on the top with no damage of any kind. It is a hex shape and has beautiful abalone inlaid in the lid. It has birds, trees and lotus flowers, very ornate and detailed and all made of abalone. The coloring is beautiful light pink, blue, green and white with a little bit of lavender. It is just stunning. It is designed to hold ring. The center velvet is removable and it can hold other jewelry or trinkets.
