This is for 8 sets of a 5 piece place setting in Dorchester pattern by Royal Worcester includes one of each dinner, salad, bread & butter plate, tea cup & saucer.
There are 8 Pieces of each, with 2 extra tea cups.
Made in England.
Discontinued.
Fine Bone china.
Flat rim, scalloped edge.
Blue, yellow, brown flowers and leaves of different designs in the centers and on the rims all with Gold trim.
The dinner plate is 10-5/8" in diameter, the salad plate is 8", the bread and butter is 6".
The cup is 2-5/8" tall and 3-1/8" in diameter at the top.
The saucer is 5-1/2" in diameter.
There are 2 Serving bowls, oval with wide rims, veggies or potatoes. They are 10 1/2" long and 7 3/4" wide.
The platter is 14 1/2" long and 11 5/8" across.
The pictures do not do justice to the quality of these pieces or the coloring. They are very beautiful in person.
I did not show a picture of the maker’s mark as there were not enough pictures. Please let me know if you would like more pictures.
The weight on this is 40lbs without packaging. I would be willing to divide this set up for the following:
