This is a very beautiful and fine quality pincushion. It is a stunning piece. The base is a fine enamel and marked as is in the title. It is made in England and is a pretty olive green with a gold rim. It is 1 3/4" across and 1 1/2" tall. A beautiful burgundy velvet top.
