VINTAGE DR.PIERCES GOLDEN MEDICAL DISCOVERY 1890s R.V. PIERCE M.D. BUFFALO,NY BOTTLE
Purchased from a Pharmacy auction, this is a scarce 1890s Dr.Pierce’s Cough Syrup bottle from the famous Dr.R.V.Pierce of Buffalo, NY who also produced Dr.Pierce’s Golden Medical Discovery…Dr.Pierces Favorite Prescription, etc. The blue/green glass is quite thick and measures roughly 8 ½" Tall by 3" Wide and about 1 ¾" thick, the writing is quite legible and has no damage or chips. It does have a hairline crack running through the upper portion, however it doesn’t seem deep enough to neither detract from its aesthetic nor take away from its durability. This will display nicely and is ideal for a turn of the century collection or even for a film/theater prop.
