I try to describe in detail and photograph every item to the best of our ability, however there may be color variations of the actual item or small defects that are not visible in photos. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help so please contact me and I’ll make it right.
You have 14 days from the date you received it. To return your item, it must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging.
Once I have received your item, I will notify you that I have received the return. I will inspect it and issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
I insure all items shipped and expect the same for return shipment. If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer will have the responsibility for working with the carrier to arrange for the insurance payment.
