This is a fantastic Large Opticians set for eye exams. There are several different prescriptions. The case is complete, however, I don’t know which lenses go where and am not sure if there are any duplicates or not. This is a very large travel set and comes in a black case with a leather handle. It has a suitcase latch on each side. This case is large and the wooden piece inside the case is removable. It has 6 extra lenses and the original paperwork. It is made by American Optical and has a couple of metal tags inside. It is 17" across 12 1/2" tall and 3" deep. This is a very fantastic and complete. I remember being in a Cracker Barrel restaurant about 10 years ago when I saw one on the wall with plexiglass over the top. I have looked for one for years and came across 2 different set. This is a very nice set. Clean inside and outside of the case.
