Description
This is an absolutely stunning parasol or umbrella. It has a very ornate handle covered with abalone and trimmed out in gold. It has the most ornate gold tone trim all surrounded by large pieces of abalone. It is in very good condition with no damage. I did not open it all of the way up as the fabric is old and I am afraid it might tear. The piece that is used to push the umbrella or parasol open, has the letters NRM imprinted in it. It is quite a long piece at 37" tall. The ornate detailed portion of the handle is 8 1/2" long. This is an old piece and would be great to used in a television show or a movie. It is quite unique.
