Description

This is a fantastic mid 1800’s pharmacy jar. It has a ground glass stopper and has no chips or cracks. The bottle is made by Wheaton Glass. Wheaton began in 1888 and still makes glass today, as far as I know. This piece is marked with the TCW-Co which began in 1900 and ran through the 1970’s. This is from a closed pharmacy in Pensacola, Fl. This piece was purchased at an auction in December 2016. I have hundreds of bottle and will be listing for the next few months. If you are interested in something specific, please feel free to contact me. This piece has a ground glass stopper and is in excellent condition. It is 6 1/4" tall and 3 1/4" across the bottom. It is 1 3/4" across the top opening. No chips or damage to the stopper.
