Description

This is an older piece of Lenox with the green backstamp. It is a fine bone china and in mint condition. It is raised at the ends and has a stunning design. It is 12″ long and 5 1/4″ across. It is bowl shaped in the center and the bowl portion is 8″ long and 4″ across. A really beautiful pink and blue floral with green leaves. Just stunning. Based on the Green leaf pattern with the CAC, this piece was made prior to 1906.  The shape of this piece is just stunning.  The coloring is beautiful and there is splendid detail around the rim of the bowl or snack tray.

Lenox has made it fairly easy to identify the age of its china. The first pieces were stamped with “Ceramic Art Company” or “Lenox Belleek,” depending on the style. In 1906, the stamp was changed to a green wreath surrounding the letter “L,” with the name Lenox below it.
