This is a darling, made in Japan plush dog toy. It has a rope with a spring inside and it is supposed to jump. It is not a battery operated toy. It has an unusual hand spring that should make the dog jump. I don’t believe it is connected any more, because I can’t get the dog to jump. He is a darling old piece though and in good condition. Would make a great addition to any vintage toy collection. It is 11" long and 6" tall. If you push the back end and front end, the dog barks and his mouth opens and his tail wags. Quite a cute little piece.
