It is made in the USA and is marked B&D New York inside. The feathers on this hat are dark green and quite iridescent, to black. There are Wydah long bird feathers throughout. .No damage of any kind. It is 12" across the feathers, which makes it appear as quite a large hat. It is a size 7.
