Description
This is a very neat Victorian woman, "Countess Grovenor". It is an oval picture with a brown felt around the picture. It is framed in a glass frame with a hole in the back for hanging. It is 4" wide and 4 1/2" tall. The frame is a diamond pattern. No chips, cracks or damage.
