Description
This is a beautiful pair of wall hangings. The background on these pieces is gold painted wood with ornate detail of scrolls and flowers. There are round pediments at the top and bottom of the piece. The center is almost a heart shape and has raised cherubs, with flowing sashes with raised leaves and flowers in the background. These pieces are from Italy and have great detail. The little cherubs are detailed down to the creases in the knees of the cherubs. Their sashes are white and have gold lines on them. They have a light brown hair and painted faces. These pieces are all hand decorated and just beautiful. They are 16 1/2" tall and 10" wide. A very rare find.
