From my personal collection, this is a fantastic piece. It is a roll up, locking clothes line. Perfect for hanging wet clothes on. Great for use in the bathroom. This has a loop of ivory colored rope that stretches out to dry clothing on. Perfect for the laundry room, great for the bathroom or pool house. It is simply rolled back up when not in use. It is red metal. There is a lock on the side to control the line.
