Description
This is a really pretty wool hat, true red with netting and a rhinestone at the front. It is in very nice condition and has no damage. It is a size 6 1/4" hat, perfect for a teen girl. It is marked inside the top, Picardy, body made in France. The tag says Felix. It has satin trim around the base that is layered.
