Toucan New York. This is a Fantastic Large Brim Raffia Hat. It is nicely woven and in Beautiful Condition. Perfect for the Kentucky Derby. It is 16" across the brim and 21 1/2" around the inside of the hat. Trimmed in black fabric. A Really Nice Piece. This hat is hand washable.
