Description
This is a beautiful little Fascinator hat. It is lack Wool and has black netting. There is a ball at each end of the netting that is designed to be bobby pinned to the hair. It has a "V" shape with wire on each side to fit over the head, also to be pinned to the hair. It is 20" around the inside of the rim. It is marked adjustable head size inside of the hat. Great for many occasions. Please note there are a couple of areas on the netting that needs to be repaired or the netting replaced. It is a very darling hat, just for the top of the head.
