Description
This is a fantastic Southern Belle Hat. It is layered tulle and is a beautiful light taupe. It has no damage of any kind and a nice wide brim. It has a form inside that sit right on top of the head. It is 21 1/2" around the inside head mount. The hat is 12" across. The brim is 1 1/2" wide at the back and 4" wide at the front. The fabric on this piece is a very sheer fabric.
