Description
This is a beautiful little Fascinator hat. It is light blue around the edges and blue on the top. The fabric is shinny. It is a beautiful blue almost a light aqua. It has netting on the front with long sides and tabs for pinning in the hair. It is 21" around the inside of the rim. Great for many occasions. The netting is the same color as the hat. There is an adornment on the side where the fabric is turned in circles and adorned with rhinestones. A pretty neat piece. Very nice condition.
