Description
This is a beautiful large ivory feather with white crochet netting fascinator cap. The netting on this piece is hand crochet and the bows are velvet. The bows and feathers are a very light ivory and the netting is white. A beautiful piece. It is made in the USA and marked inside Darcel Exclusives. It is about 10 1/2" across. There is a wire inside of the velvet bow for shaping to the head.
